both are
extremely difficult to win. Sites receiving
either
award should take much pride in an award
that they
actually won, rather than simply being
given a
meaningless symbol to enhance their
site appearance.
General Award Information
Our Literary
Resource Award is limited to Sites
containing
valuable and FREE Literary Resources.
This is
one of the more difficult awards to win of
any
Internet Award, and can not be won by any Site
which
allows pornography or other Adult Content
deemed as
inappropriate by our Awards Committee.
And , One
Site each Year is selected as"Best of the Best." That
one site selected from ALL Literary Resource Award Winners, is
selected as providing the Best Literary Resources on the
Internet. Better yet, the
Best of
the Best Winner receives Top Placement
on our
winners list for ONE FULL YEAR!!
NOTE:
You may not Apply for the "Best of the Best"
Award.
The Winner is selected from All Literary
Resource
Award Winners ONLY, and announced no later than December 31st, each year.
The
American Freedom of Expression Award is presented only to
sites maintained in the United States.
The term
Freedom of Expression has been battered and
misused
for several years, but this award is presented to sites which
understand the terms TRUE meaning.
The Internet Excellence Award is our newest Award and was created in Late September of 2001. All Sites Worldwide that promote the BEST of what the Internet has to offer are eligible. This award is a great alternative for those sites not qualifying for the American Freedom of Expression Award due to location requirements. However, American Sites are both eligible and encouraged to apply.
We invite
all qualifying sites to apply for one or ALL
of our
awards, understanding that three separate
selection
committees are involved in the
selection
process. Applicants MUST read the
criteria
(as listed below) for each award
prior to
submitting their application, and supply the
required
qualifying information.
